TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM Program name: Eastern Block Boxing booking and account alerts. What you'll get: texts about your personal training bookings (requests, confirmations, declines, and payment confirmations), payment reminders, and important account updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program. How you opt in: by entering your mobile number on the signup form, you agree to receive these texts. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything or joining. Message frequency varies with your activity, typically a few messages a month. Cost: Eastern Block Boxing doesn't charge for texts, but message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or ask any staff member at the gym. Opting out of texts does not affect your membership. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never sell or share your phone number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. USING THE APP You agree to give accurate information and keep your login private. Memberships and personal training sessions are billed through Stripe. Sessions booked in the app are held for you once you pay. Staff may change or cancel a session if a coach becomes unavailable, and you'll be notified. Boxing carries a risk of injury. You must sign our liability waiver before using the gym. We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
